OrchLab includes two free events each year that are open to any disability organisation to attend.
OrchLab Festival Day
Join us for a celebration of accessible music-making with disabled adults! Residents/clients and staff in disability centres are all welcome.
Our next OrchLab Festival Day will take place on Wednesday 30 November 2022 at the Royal Festival Hall in London’s Southbank Centre but if you are unable to join us in person, you can join on Zoom too. Booking for this is now open, with further details about the day available on the Eventbrite listing.
If you would like more information or have any questions contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07887 501531.
OrchLab Open Web Training
This is a free, hands-on training session on Zoom for staff, carers, volunteers or family members who work with disabled adults.
No prior musical or technology expertise is needed, just enthusiasm!
The next OrchLab Open Web Training session date will be announced soon.
During the training, you will be guided through a variety of online music activities on the OrchLab website and discover top tips, musical activities and fun games that you can take back and explore with the clients in your care settings. No previous musical experience is necessary, just enthusiasm!
These events are free to attend. However, we understand that organisations may find travel or staff costs a barrier to attending. For each OrchLab Open Event, financial support towards travel (when applicable) and staff expenses is available for organisations to apply for. More details about this are available on our Financial Support page.
